FW Rotary Joints
Structural Features
This are the self-supported rotary joint. Avalaible in single flow and dual flow arrangement. Stainless stell rotor, Torque lugs on housing. Threaded and quick release and flangeshaft alternative. Seal wear indicator on shaft. Thread Connection on rotor and B-ports are as per the customer requirement.
Scopes of Application
Widely used in pulp and paper industry, Iron and steel industry, Roto cone vacuum dryers, and all other rotary equipments.
Operation Parameters:
- Pressure: – 0.1 ~ 2.8 MPa (Hot Oil) , – 0.1 ~ 1.7 MPa (Water/Steam)
- Temperature: – 40 ~ 230 ºC
- Linear Speed: 3500 r/m or less

- Stationary Ring Face: SiC/TC
- Elastomers: NBR/EPDM/Viton
